Employee Badge id from GHR(lndmk) to HRM (lsf)

Anyone have GHR as primary hr records and have the badge id field entered there (custom field) then able to pass it on the export record to s3?

We can't figure out where/how to get it to show up on the lt11 record (lt10 setup)

You need to make sure that the UserField is on the EmployeeExport file with the same name. Then under Cross Reference there is a StandardField Cross Reference that allows you to map a GHR UserField to a LT11.1 field.

Okay.. we have all of GHR side straight but on the lt10 there is no place to map it to.. so are you saying need to create a user field on lt10 to map it too? but then how on s3 side from lt11.1 user field do you actually get it to the 'real' badge number field (PEM-SECURITY-NBR | Id=_f385 ) on the employee hr11 record?

In today's on premise world, we have an ipa that just runs a sql script to directly read from ghr and then update the Badge number field. But preparing to lift to cloud, you can directly update the db nor use the sql scripts in IPA's.. long story.. so trying to see if we can figure out how to do it via export

We have a few instances where we want to pass data to S3 that isn't on LT11. To accomplish this we trigger another flow, off the EmployeeExport flow that takes the fields and updates S3 using the Lawson transaction node. We usually determine if this flow is required by the Initiating Action and/or if the GHR field is populated.

We are on premise but this should also work in the cloud.
