Stopping BN Plans GHR v11

After adding an end date on the BN plan, having an issue stopping (end dates) on all the resources associated with that plan. I tried BN Plan Update and Resource Update. No success. Any thoughts?

when you ran the BN Plan Update, what did you use for the Run Through Date? The plan end date or later?

Hello VickiU, thanks for the response. I ran the BN Plan Update, as update immediately, and I used a through date of 3/16/2019. The same date that was used to end date the plan.

I know the dates can be tricky sometimes, so I would suggest trying it again and using today as the through date. I'm assuming your term rules in the plan are working, so if running the 2 processes again doesn't work I'm not really sure what the next step would be. Have you run the Benefit Plan Status process before? I'm not sure what that does. We're going live with Benefits in 6 weeks and we can't find anyone who knows how v11 works, so we've been teaching ourselves through trial and error.

Keep me posted on what works so I can make a note of it in case we need to stop plans!

Also, it sounds like your live on Benefits, if you're open to it I would love to run a few questions by you to check our setup before we find out it's all wrong in testing!
