Hi Everyone,
We are adding matching to our 401K plan. We will match 100% of to the first 3% and 50% of the next 2%. On the BN19.4 I have our schedule set-up as follows:
1-3% 100%
3-5% 50%
6 - 80% 0%
On the BN18.4 I have the match type set to Fixed.
The way the calc is working is its match at 100% if the person selected 1-3% contribution, its only matching 50% of the contribution if they have a 3-5% contribution and not matching at all if they contribute more than 5%.
Should the BN18.4 match type be set to Cumulative to have it do what I want it to do or is there a different way I need to define the schedule table?
