Inactivate items in IC81.1/IC81.2 via Addins

We are trying to figure out a way to inactivate items using addins in IC81.2. Because this is a two part manual process where when doing the inactivate in IC81.2 it takes you back to IC81.1 with a FC = C on that item and you have to click on Change. With addins when we try this process we get the "item detail entered transmitted to updated" but it does not do the Change on the item.

Does anyone know how to do the transmit in Addins in a two step manual process like this?

I haven't tried with this specific screen, but with others that operate in the same way, you can actually find the sub-form's fields on the main form during upload from add-ins. So, if you try uploading to IC81.1, you may see the IC81.2 fields you need to update. That gets around the issue of needing to change on two forms.

I do have a uwf add-in file that will work to delete the items, not inactivate.

Jon, this worked for us. In our attempts to try before posting this we were very close. With your screenshot we realize what we were missing. Thanks a bunch for taking the time to help.
