401k Earnings report

I'm trying to add the cumulative earnings that are used to calculate 401k contributions in a demographic report I pull via Add Ins.

I'm told that I would need to go to PR20.3 find the list of earnings used for 401k and then run a report listing all those codes with the related earnings.

Is there a report that just shows 401k related earnings?

I may not fully understand the question, but as long as you have your 401k eligible pay summary groups tied to a single 401k pay class, you can run the PR270 by that 401k pay class.

Thank you Jenn. The PR270 is a great report, my challenge is that I have an existing add in query I'm using to create a demographic file we send the 401k carrier. they have suggested we should add year to date 401k earnings to that report. The PR270 doesn't have all the data I need for them and it gives me multiple rows per person and when I change to CSV I don't get the ee ID on each line so that is problematic for even doing a vlookup.

Ideally I'd like to have one field with the total, year to date, earnings being used for 401k contribution calculation. And I'd like to be able to pull that field via an add in query. If there is a better way to get this information I am open.

I was just going to suggest the same thing, run the PR270 for the 401k pay class (if you don't have one, create one). I ran a PR270 for YTD 401k payclass earnings with the below parameters. The PR270CSV.csv file, which will be found in your print folder, gave me a single row with my ytd 401k eligible earnings.

Thanks to those who have responded. So based on this it would seem there is no way to run a report by employee that shows the cumulative wages applied to 401k . Is that true?
