Punchout - Setting up new vendor.

We are currently working with a vendor who currently does not support Punchout and would like to get them setup with Punchout.    Has anyone done this before?  Is there any resources besides cXML.org for them to use.

This is more a question for an Infor incident, my punchout vendors are actual punchout vendors. It was my understanding that what your requesting is not possible. Sorry.
