The deadline for reporting the worked hours and pay data on the EEOC-1 report is September 30th. Does anyone know the status of Infor updating the PA390 with these new requirements so everyone can meet this deadline. Thanks for any information
Development and Product Management are closely monitoring the EEOC website for published updates to the EEO-1 reporting format. As of now, the new reporting requirements for the Component-2 data have not been published by the EEOC as they are tied up with a legal dispute. As the court case unfolds, employers should keep in mind that they still must submit their 2018 data for Component 1 of the EEO-1 form by May 31. Component 1 asks for the number of employees who work for the business by job category, race, sex and ethnicity and is what the Infor PA390 program will currently produce. Component-2 data, which includes hours worked and pay information from employees' W-2 forms by race, ethnicity and sex, is the current subject of a legal dispute. Once this legal dispute is resolved and Component-2 data requirements are published by the EEOC, Infor development will ensure that updates are released as soon as possible.
