FSA Import v11 Benefits

I loaded Healthcare FSA enrollments using the same format for everyone but for some reason 63 employees kicked out with an error message of "Deduction Pay Periods must be less than or equal to 0". Obviously you can't have a Pay Period less than or equal to 0 so I'm not sure what I need to do to fix this. Has anyone else seen this?

Another error I got (for only one person) was "Must enter an Amount for this Deduction Code", but, again, I used the same format for everyone and no one had that.

We are in the middle of testing our benefit conversion to GHR, but when I did a test load of FSA benefits I didn't put anything in the Deduction Pay Periods field.

Did your consultant have you check the boxes for Cycles Remaining and Front Loading in the Contribution tab of your plan setup? Ours did and we're noticing that even if we don't enter anything for the Deduction Pay Periods or Cycles Remaining fields, the system is populating them. I'm wondering if it's because we have those fields checked in our plan setup.

We were told to check the two boxes in the plan setup, load the conversion enrollments, and then uncheck the boxes. Has your consultant also led you down that path?

I was not involved with the code setup, but looking at our code the Cycles Remaining box is unchecked and I do not see a Front Loading checkbox.
