Good Morning Everyone, We recently went live with the Clinical Bridge, using the item depletion interface with our perpetual inventory in our main OR. We have run into a few obstacles with the timing of the depletion due to internal process. Here is our process:
Day 1: Pick List Print - Item Depletion Trigger, Case Cart Prep
Day 2: Case performed. Ad hoc items for case removed from shelf. Unused items returned to shelf.
Day 3: Case Closed, log posted, charges posted - Item Depletion for day of case usage and returns.
Because we are not doing a second depletion and processing returns in Lawson until the day after the case, our Inventory Techs are having a hard time with cycle counting. We were thinking of changing the second depletion trigger to something that would allow us to process the transactions as close to wheels out as possible. Is anyone else able to do this?
