ITEMS MISSING IN IC523/POU INTERFACE

Hello Team,

We Use OmniCell POU system and 2 items are not flowing through the IC523 job, All the set up looks correct and we are not sure where else we need to see to resolve the issue?

If it's like the other IC5xx reports - it doesn't realize a transaction took place. it will only send the item if something in it's triggered fields (soh change) has occurred or if you delete the comparison copy to send a "full file".

Hi Karthik, We are upgrading our Omnicell system and we're interested in adding the item master interface to process. At the moment we are only using the RQ511 requisition interface to reorder supplies. I saw you are also using the item master interface. Do you have some time to discuss your experience with it?
