How early do you enter future dated new hires? Our normal process has always been to have the PA100 date parameter set to the current payroll month. So if we had hires starting in May, we wouldn't run PA100 to capture those until after April end of month payroll has closed. What are the effects of changing PA100 date parameters to a future date so we can put people into their positions? Will this cause issues because contracts aren't created yet?
