Received notification that old enhancement requests will be purged so reviewed all those that I have submitted and determined which ones we would still like to have. Becky - by "reentering" do you mean you have started fresh? This will invalidate any endorsements you have on the old ones as they will be marked as duplicates. A better process going forward is to socialize in this same way, but socialize the original ERs. If that is what you are doing, fantastic! Also, make sure you describe the problem in detail including how painful it is in time, resources, upset customers, vendors, etc. Add consideration for all the areas it will affect. Help other users visualize how your ER will enhance their processes, adding value to their organization, company and/or to their customers. Make it easy for others to say that your ER will have a positive impact on their organization or company when implemented.

I was told all the ER's older than March 11th were going to be purged and not brought over to a new ER system. So, I downloaded all of the ones that I had entered that were still available and sent them to my Finance end users to review. I will be retiring at the end of August and wanted to make sure that if they were still needed, we got them in. If the functionality is in version 11, I did not reenter. Some users gave me some that were not visible any longer, so I added those as well. If we misunderstood what was happening, I am sorry for the confusion. All of the old ER's mainly had Mayo employee endorsements so wanted to get rid of them and start fresh and try to get other customer companies to endorse the ER's.

Thanks for the clarification. The process is that ER's entered prior to 3/11/19 will need to get a minimum number of endorsements to move to a prioritization phase during the month of June. Lawson Version 10 ERs need at least 10 unique endorsements (different companies) to move into the prioritization view. Please do not add new ERs, just socialize the ones that are currently in the system. The way you are doing it via this discussion thread is the way to do it! When ERs are moved to the prioritization view, customers will have the month of JUNE to "re-vote" and their top 10. I am happy to get on a call to discuss this further if you'd like :-)
