There have been numerous manufacturer backorders which cause us to order substitute items that we normally would not be ordering. Some of these items have an item number in Lawson while others are ordered as x-items and adjusted into inventory under the item that is on backorder. I was just wondering what others are doing with the increasing number of backorders and substitute items within inventory locations.
