Multiple Organizations Interface to HCM

Is there anyone who is Lawson Talent Management system and interfacing multiple organizations over to HCM to different companies?  If so, how did you get it to work? 

 

Did you have to modify the delivered process flows?

We just moved our contract employee company into GHR and are passing data back to HCM for interfacing with other systems. No modifications were required on delivered flows.
