IMDBB

We are using IMDBB to upload transactions to the gl65. The last record on the csv file always has this error " is incompatible with type signed" . We copied records that were previously imported to the last row, we still got the same error message.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

This may not be a true data error. It may be a spurious message based on an extra line in the CSV file. Have you checked that it's truly the last line being reported? That is, is all of your data being imported? We see error messages aplenty when we have CSV's ending with one or more blank lines. That happens a lot when exporting or "Saving as ... CSV" from Excel.

For an example, this would be reported as 4 good lines, and 6 bad lines, all duplicates:

We use importdb for loads to GL65. Our files have zero trailing empty lines. The file ends at the end of the last record filled line.

Often there are useful error reports in the ladb.log. I use "vwdblog" in LID to see the end of the log with the error report. This is data not available in any other log, and it shows the actual data that is being rejected. I hope that helps.
