Pro's & Con's for moving to V10.1.1.14 vs V11 ST to MT

Does anyone have information they are willing to share on this topic?  Either way we will be getting new servers and moving to Windows 2012.  We only use SCM, MSCM, and Financials, no HR or Payroll.  TIA

We were kind of side-swiped with the server change and it happened before we could even get CS FSM in the budget. We were also told that either way, that we had to migrate to W2012 before Jan 1 2020 and we knew that we wouldn't have enough time to build and implement CS FSM by that time. Had the timing been better, we would have definitely pursued CS FSM instead of V10.1.1....... We are doing our final pass in mid-June on W2012 V10.1.1... . It has been challenging but manageable.
