Unable to fetch token (A).

Pegasus support say they and a slightly different error but when they changed allow cookies in internet explorer options the issue was resolved?

I have had a client that got this once, left it for a little while and it went through this afternoon, could it be that HMRC is inundated with requests and their server cannot respond in a timely manner?

Hi Mark, don't think we can blame HMRC this time - I've authorised 2 customers this afternoon - no errors

Hi Richard, like you we have had a handful authorised with no problem at all. Just had a couple with this error, but cannot seem to establish what it means. Like Sandip has said, it seems to have corrected itself, by leaving it for a while and trying again. We have raised the error with Pegasus, to see if they can shed any light on the error!!
