Does anyone have rent abatements (rent holidays) on their leases?
With the new lease standard (ASC 842), you could have rent abatement for a lease classified as a Finance lease. Currently only zero amount rent abatement payment schedule entries can only be made on Operating leases.
How are you handling this in Lease Management?
