INVENTORY ITEM EXTRACT

HELP!! I have attached a spreadsheet of information that is needed for our supply team. I am hoping that there is someone who might have a written program to extract the data from the Lawson tables and be willing to share. I have made numerous attempts using Addins to get this information and have not been successful.

This data would be impossible to pull in one Addins query. Looks like you need to pull from ITEMMAST, ITEMLOC, ITEMSRC, POITEMVEN, ICMANFCODE. I wouldn't know where you store your Legacy Category. Do you populate the Default Source and Transaction Default UOM fields in IC12? Do you have Crystal Reports?

Hi Jon - I used all of the categories that you have mentioned. Their definition of legacy is just the definition of the item. We have been using the IC211 but that report does not provide all of the details either. We do not have Crystal Reports. If I had an actual program written, I could give it to the analytics team and they could work from there.

With Legacy Category I was referring to the actual category. I wouldn't know where you would pull that from. We have a supply category that we feed to Epic but this is stored in a user field in IC11. If you were able to pull the data from each of those tables can you pull it all together in one report?

Column T on your template - I would think that was the description of the IC04 GL Category?

What is this for? To go from Lawson to a different Item Mast? Do you only have one company and one Item Group in Lawson?
