We do EDI to Grainger but we use a VAN (Edict Systems). But the setups shouldn't be that different. Lawson can do standard FTP but if you need to do sFTP or FTPS you'll need to purchase third-party software like Cleo Lexicom.

We also do EDI with Grainger, but use GHX. I agree with Jon the setups shouldn't be different. We also have them set up for Punchout.

- We are working on Punchout with Grainger - is that working well for you? Any comments/pros/cons you have to share are appreciated!

I haven't heard of any complaints from the users. It is only used by our Purchasing and Facilities staff so there are a limited number of users. They were easy to work with. Other than that I can say much more.

How does Purchasing use it? Are they ordering for those areas outside Facilities?
