EEO1 Reporting Changes

Has anyone heard when Lawson will have a report for the new requirements ready? I have been unable to find anything on the knowledge base and my numerous attempts to get someone on the on-line chat is not working. Keeps saying looking for an available agent and will never find one. I know 9/30/19 is deadline for filing the additional information but hoping it will not be last minute like ACA was to get the program. Anyone heard anything about a timeline?

Development and Product Management are closely monitoring the EEOC website for updates to the EEO-1 reporting format. As of now, the new reporting requirements have not been published by the EEOC.

The EEOC expects a web-based portal for the collection of 2017 and 2018 Component-2 data will be active by mid-July 2019. Prior to that, the EEOC will be providing materials to assist filers with the submission of Component-2 data.

As soon as the new requirements are published by the EEOC, development will ensure that updates are released as soon as possible

I have been waiting also. There is a group you can subscribe to so that you are updated when the changes or enhancement are released.

I tried searching for ER 36093 in the enhancement request system under active requests, but could not find it?

Anyone heard any updates? It is now July, and this is supposed to start mid July!?

On July 1, 2019, the EEOC published additional information concerning the Component-2 data reporting. Infor Development is reviewing the published information at this time and while there is still some information missing from the EEO-1 Component-2 Portal, the information published today does provide the data needed to move forward.

Infor Development is committed to releasing the changes to allow for EEO-1 Component-2 data as soon as possible.

last update on 7/20 says that GHR has the updates out for version 11.

Those with HRM and versions 10.x and 9.0.1 are still waiting.
