HI! Currently my Payroll department manually keys new hires into HR11. HR11 assigns an employee number at that time, and then we manually add user fields through PA52, PR30 for time records, PR12 for direct deposit, PR13 for taxes and PR14 for miscellaneous deductions.
I see mention of using PA52.4 to hire an applicant, but doesn't that mean you're using an onboarding feature in Lawson? We are not using any Lawson-based onboarding feature. We have a system called Cherwell that's used by administrators in the field to fill out paperwork for the new hire, and they attach as pdf copies any direct deposit, voided checks, W-4s, and voided checks.
We'd love to build an upload that ties from Cherwell into Lawson.
Does anyone have an upload template for HR511 (I believe that's the job) that they'd be willing to share?
