Employee Goals, Push Goals and Switching Eligibility Groups for Goals mid-year

We are reaching out to understand if others are experiencing similar issues and can provide insight into a solution with regards to Employee Goals.

• When we push goals early in the calendar year (for example, end of Q1) for a specific eligibility group, what happens if someone gets added to that eligibility group in later quarters as the goals will not automatically push to the additions?  
• Similarly, what do we do if an individual switches between forms that have attached goal sections with different eligibility groups mid-year? Currently, they become ineligible for their form because the goal type is invalid. 
• For both situations above, how do you recommend pushing goals and/or switching goal type to the individuals that were added to a new eligibility group?

We haven't experienced the second issue, but for the first, when we began using goals I provided my HR team with an ISD to create goals for people that were added to the eligibility group during the year. It's unfortunate that it has to be manual, but at least it is simple.
