Mobile network configuration for Infor Min.gle app

Hi,

We have some problem to configure our network and firewall to use mobile apps (like Infor Min.gle and/or Alarm) without company VPN facility installed in the mobile phone.

Are there some documentation to analyse? Are there some best practice to follow up?

We have Infor LN 10.3 on-premise.
