On my wish list....
I would like a flow that sends an email notification to a group of users when there is an upload error in MSCM. Is this possible?
Current Process: Floor Captain performs Par count and sends the items they ordered from their handhelds. The order is processed in MSCM and a requisition is created. If any of the items that are submitted contain errors; expired contract, on hold, wrong vendor, invalid UOM...it will fail to upload. Today, there are 2 people who correct these so that the requisition will process by our 10 am PO job. If both people are out, then no one is aware of the issue until the order fails to arrive the next day. I would like a notification to go out to the buyers that an upload error has occurred. I will then train them how to fix it and resend.
If this is possible, then where do those errors reside or how do I get to a file that has a log that has those errors? Also, if I am way off track, let me know if any of you have this automated in another way.
