PO122 Transmitted PO Acknowledgment

Is anyone familiar with the PO122 report that can tell me if the data is stored in a Lawson table? I would like to be able to extract the backorder data from the EDI850 acknowledgments and create a dashboard for our inventory staff of items that are not shipping as expected. I am hoping it is not just a temp table created during the EDI processing.

I'd like to know that too. It must be, because I've heard of people creating a smart note from the 855.

There is a delivered flow:

A ProcessFlow service, "EDIPOAckNotify", is available that will e-mail buyers when their purchase orders are acknowledged. Enabling the ProcessFlow service will also create an individual copy of the PO Acknowledge Report for each buyer, which contains only their purchase orders.

Another ProcessFlow service, "TransmittedPOAck", is available that notifies buyers that items requested on a purchase order were successfully ordered and others were not, with messages on items that were not.

So, doesn't the existence of those PFs imply there is a table created?

I don't know of any table that might store this information. I think it's just put in the report from the translation of the ACK segment on the 855.

The PO122 should update the Vendor Acknowledgement Type and Acknowledgement Date on PO66 which are in the POREVISION table. There is only one IPA flow triggered by this job instead of two like the document says. The Service is EDIPOAckNotify and the flow is transmittedpoack. There is a JT for this process JT-1061514 that is supposed to address the information that is actually sent out to the buyers but never have had a chance to test it out.

Has anyone ever been able to find the comments that PO122 shows? I can get status from POREVISION, but I've never seen the comment.

Also on PORevision it stores the EDI code - you have to translate it:

'AC' = 'Ack W Detail & Change'

'AD' = 'Ack W Detail & Change'

'AK' = 'Ack - No Detail or Changee'

'AP' = 'Ack - Product Replenishment'

'IB' = 'Backordered'

'RD' = 'Reject with Detail'

'RJ' = 'Rejected - No Detail'

I don't have others as yet.

That's good info. I looked at my table and it has all the codes except IB! I find this surprising since I had over 1000 backorders in June alone. Is it possible I'm missing a configuration flag somewhere?

Anybody using the transmittedpoack flow? When I turned on the service EDIPOAckNotify and the flow ran it just gets the buyer email address. I was thinking I would get more information.
