Hi all. I was wondering if any of you ever received the error message that I received on PR13.1. I am changing an employee's federal withholding from 1 to 9 and when I try to change, I receive the error "Cannot change; tax withholding lock in place." Payroll wasn't running at the time and I changed other employee's tax withholdings without any issues.
