Has anyone ever run into this error? We have had this happen 2x now during payroll and when we recover the jobs they make it to normal completion but does not contain all of the data. We then have to delete the batch and rerun it and get the same results. We are being told that the file is locked but even support cannot find where it is locked. We have had to reboot the system during payroll now for the last 2 cycles and then the jobs process fine.
Any thoughts?
