We are in the process of trying to move over to GHR Benefits. We are seeing a large number of the bi-weekly deduction amounts being off by a penny and when you do the math and divide the annual amount by 26 pay periods, it appears that GHR is always rounding to the second decimal while S3 is truncating at the second decimal. In almost all cases this means that the employee and/or employer is paying more than the stated annual amount. Has anyone else encountered this as they converted to GHR benefits, and if so how did you resolve the issue?
