We have recently upgraded a client to V2.60.12.
The client has 2 companies with 2 separate VAT Registration Numbers and 2 separate gateway credentials.
As per the instructions from Pegasus:-
Each Government Gateway user must have their own Opera 3 user login ID.
We created a new user for one of the companies and kept the original user for the other company.
Another user posted 4 invoices(manually) and could see the transactions on the account view and also listed on the Invoice and Credits note listing.
The two users we have set for MTD, could not see the transactions nor would they list on the Invoice and Credits listing.
I viewed this remotely with the client and couldn't see the transactions, logged in as Admin and I could see the transactions.
Having run a UDS force rebuild, then the user could then see the transactions.
Just wondered if anybody else has encountered the same issue, the only change is the release and the introduction of the Users for MTD.
