MS-Add upload for RQ10

Does anyone have a MS-Add in upload for RQ10 they are willing to share? (How come RQ10 does not have a copy command?)

There's a copy from Requisition option through RQ10. Go to the "Template" Tab on RQ10 and populate the REQ# and click add. It'll take you to RQ10.3, from there you can select lines or all lines to be copied.
