Is it possible to create a calculated field on a string using a function?  For example, The SECCODEID field begins with an "F" when it's a team "U" is private and "N" is simply a user.  I'd like to create a calculated field for this.  Something like LEFT(ACCOUNT.SECCODEID,1), however, when I try this all I get is something like LEFT(F6UJ9A000003,1).  Can anyone help with this?

String Calculated fields are very limited and can only be things like concatenating fields, or returning a value from a joined table (such as putting Product Name in a table).
