I posted this on InforXtreme support (Incident 13682891), but I really need to get this handled so I can get back to work on my ION interface:
(Answers to default questions: Windows Server 2012 R2, InforOS v12.0.20.44, tested in IE11 and Chrome, Infor OS service account is the same account used to install Infor OS, Infor OS service account password has not changed, the service account has "Log on as service" role, the service account has "AttributeServiceCaller" role in User Management, ION worked fine yesterday)
I just noticed the error below, today. This is only occurring in ION Desk, Homepages is loading fine. I renewed the IIS Server Certificate earlier this week, so that may have something to do with it... I made sure the latest Windows patches were installed and I restarted the machine (VMWare, Windows 2012 R2). This is on my test environment, and the production environment. I renewed the certificate on prod also.
Support gave me a list of KB's to run through, and all of them fell short of what I needed. I looked at KB's: 1892802, 1892225, 13682891, 1837374,1922778,1892225 (this one held the most promise until I got to the last part which gave me this error: "java.security.cert.CertificateParsingException: signed fields invalid")
The ION Desk node errors pile up about 1 every 6 seconds:
