NEED TO TRACK HOURS (SPECIFIC PAY SUMMARY GROUPS/PAY CODES)

Has anyone every used a LP Accrual plan (with no accrual to track hours). We give logevity increases based on specific paid hours and need a way to track those hours (as different bargaining units receieve their increase based on a different hours accumulation? Help?

We track our seniority hours through an LP plan so employees only accrue 2080 hours of service per year. For our longevity increases, we use a user date field for the last increase and then run a Crystal report each pay to find those who meet the next level.
