One of our entities uses PR16 for their union step & grade structure. They enter a new schedule each year and the rates automatically update on HR11. It has come to our attention that even though the pay rates are visible on HR11 and used for payroll purposes the new rate is not appearing in the Pay Rate History. When we run a report using Crystal and pull the employees pay rate it is showing as 0.00. Is there an additional step necessary to "post" the pay rate changes so they become a part of the employee's history and can also then be visible when running reports?
