Encountering issues with Add-ins...Session Timed Out or Only Header Row returned

We have been encountering issues with add-ins where either the session times out or only the header row is returned.  We run the same reports every month.  Only the criteria changes (like the data range).  For example, I was able to run the same report in March, April and May.  When running it for June, the session timed out.

We've been told it's our security but our security hasn't changed.  Wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue.

Have you tried extending the Data Response Timeout field? Ours is set to 9960, I think the default is 60.
