We are comparing our re-enrollment rules and add rules for a default benefit plan. The re-enrollment rule on BN16.1 is from Hire Date and no entry points. The ADD rule on BN16.2 is from personnel action date, 30 days waiting to the next entry point. If someone had the benefit then termed and was rehired which rule enrolls them in the default benefit, the BN16.1 re-enrollment rule or the BN16.2 ADD rule for re-hires.
