Changing the ship to on a multi line PO

Other than using Addins is there a way for a buyer to change the ship to location on a multi-line PO? The DEFAULT does not give us that option. I am probably overlooking something simple but I do not find anything. Should not have to go to a 52 line PO line per line.

No - it's add-ins line by line. How often is this occurring for you? Ours is usually a typo on the buyer - so they either use PO29 to get a new PO and cancel the old or ask us to upload the fix.

Do you upload all your PO's? If yes, are you currently using this as one of your fields: PLI-LOCATION (id# f221x0)? this field can be viewed in PO20, "Ship" to the right of the More button.

We don't upload many PO's, we utilize the RQC requisition process and use PO23, PO100 to create POs from requisitions, as well as manually entering POs. We have our Ship to locations entered into IC02.1, to make it easier for buyers.

We don't upload POs unless it's a biggie and I will upload it for them. The Buyers can pick the ship to locations we have in IC02.1 We have one requesting location restock location and one IC12 location record for stock and non-stock. Non-stock and special that need to be changed to another ship to happen quite often. We don't require the requestors to do separate orders. The buyers just deal with and say they can change them faster to getting me to do the upload

Something that common might require an IPA - use design studio to create a PO20 with a button that triggers an IPA to change all PO Lines for the PO to match the Default Ship To.

So this situation happens, the buyer changes the default - hits change (lines not changed) hits the IPA button and it runs and changes the lines to match the Ship To. For any PO over 5 lines, it would likely be faster.
