Does anyone know if there is a way to incorporate 8 hour and 12 hour accruals on the same plan without developing separate ones? My company has decided to give the 12 hr employees the birthday and personal holidays accrual. I'm thinking I probably need to build separate but wanted to check with my Infor group before doing so.

I have 1 sick time plan but 2 different employee groups with 2 different set of rules. Not sure if that helps.

So if I incorporate the different FTE in the employee group, the system will be able to calculate correctly?

Since the employee group is only listed on LP02, you will need two different LP02s to accommodate the different groups of employees. The set up will be the same but with different accrual rules.

Can you have two different accrual amounts on LP04.2?

You can but it's based on cycles. This allows different accrual rates as an employees years of service increases. I don't see how you could do it for different groups unless possibly through a custom calculation.
