Best way to query data with DATE_ASSIGN < 30 days

I am new to Process Flow and going to design a flow that sends email notifications for our seasons employees whose renewal date (DATE_ASSIGN) is coming up.

If someone has a flow that does something like this I would greatly appreciate if you could send to me.  My main uncertainty is selection based up computing the date being < 30.  Have other Design Flows that send email notifications I have to look at.

Been having difficulty using different SQL commands in the 'Where' clause.  Some success with DATEDIFF in select statement.

I have a flow that sends a security reminder email to new hires 2 weeks after they've been hired. This may be round about but it works perfectly. I calculate the date in the start node using 3 variables ending with "TwoWeeksAgo":

Date / DateToday / today()

Date / WorkDate / AddDay(DateToday,-14)

String / TwoWeeksAgo / getDateAGS(WorkDate)

Then I use that variable in my query on the Hire_Date:

WHERE EMPLOYEE_ADJ_HIRE_DATE = to_date('<!TwoWeeksAgo>','yyyymmdd')

Simplistic but it works.
