This is both a discussion and a question. I would like your input on how folks utilize the various platforms for Infor GHR/TA (single tenant on prem). We currently have ~100 HR/IT folks using the RichClient version, where our leaders/employees utilize Manager/Employee Web Space (not web canvas). Have you had issues having "too many" users on RichClient? Based on feedback from Infor, they indicate that having too many users on RichClient can cause drastic issues, including our current predicament of server backlog since Sat night due to failed async in the effective dated queue. So we have several questions...
Do you limit the users for RichClient to only a certain group (developers, client support, etc)?
Do you use WebCanvas?
If your HR/TA teams utilize Web, how have they adapted and have you made modifications to make navigation without the history windows (like RichClient) easier?
I'm sure I can think of more questions, but that's what I have for now.
