Hi,
We are implementing a new Benefit Plan which starts of 08/01/2019. The enrollment date is 08/01/2019. The first payroll deduction for the plan is on a new pay period starting 08/03/2019. The plan's deduction record in PR05 has the Arrears flag as "Yes". Am afraid that the system may create Arrears since the plan has a start date that falls on the prior pay period. Has anyone encounter this issue? Thanks!
