BN100 adding new hires to default LTD and Life benefit plans twice

The BN100 has started adding new hires to the default LTD and Life benefit plans twice. First add has a start date on day of hire and a stop date the day before they are actually eligible. The second add on the same report is the actual eligibility date. The personal action code is not in the ADD rules and has never been on the BN100. Any help would be welcomed. thanks

I don't know what platform you're on, but I opened an incident for this happening in Cloudsuite. What we noticed was that the 10/1 eligibility record would be created and then the 8/5 record. The system was creating a record based on the Initial Enrollment rule in the plan and then creating a second record based on the Re-Enrollment rule in the plan.

I suggest opening an incident with Infor, you can reference my incident #13489701. The rep working on my incident had a similar one open for another client. If your issue is related, this appears to be a bug in the system.

We are on 10.1 and in the cloud. I think that is the problem. It is creating a record on the initial enrollment rule and then also on the re-enrollment rule. It started on the 7/8/19 BN100 report and I didn't make any changes for 7/1. I will open a ticket with Infor. thank you.
