We get reports from Candidates that they have issues with uploading resume, or submitting an application. Some just state that they have issues with the application process and just give up.
We feel we are missing a lot of applicants because they have so many issues they just do not complete an application.
My issue is whenever I try to troubleshoot the issue I have no problems at all. I have tried internally and externally and do not experience the issues that are reported. I have had someone else create a profile and apply and they have not issues.
Does anyone have any troubleshooting suggestions for Candidate Space? I am at a loss on how to trouble shoot when I cannot see what the candidate sees or see what they are experiencing.
I know the HR department is concerned that we lose some applicants due to this and not sure how to assist.
