PR287 W2 Report

Any ideas as to why an employee is on the PR260 but not on the PR287 W2 Report?  The employee has wages for all payrolls.  Is there a employee setting somewhere that is not sending wages to the W2?

The PR260 will show anything that is paid with a pay code. The PR287 is only going to show taxable wages--so if the employee's taxable wages were reduce to zero, I would think they wouldn't appear on the PR287. Were the employee's wages types of pay that were exempt from tax (like reimbursements), or was their tax liability reduced completely by exempt deductions like section 125 pre-tax insurance deductions?
