New UET's not visible, old/removed ones are still present.

I'm working on a project that uses UET's. I have an IDO (itemloc_mst) that had 2 custom UET's added (these UET's are also used elsewhere). After some coding, I need to use two new ones in this instance. I went into the UET forms and removed the association between itemloc_mst & created my 2 new ones. Inside the SQL database, everything is correct. The old UET's are not present & my two new ones are. However, when I try to design a form I see the two old UET's but not my two new ones. I've tried stopping/restarting CSI, flushing the IDO cache, re-impacting the schema. Nothing seems to be working.

Did I accidentally corrupt something, or is there a step I'm missing?

I found the problem. Infor was able to help.

I needed to run the "View Management" form on the affected table & that cleaned everything up.

See if the IDO is Checked out. Sometimes this gets forgotten...Then flush IDO cache and you'll be good to go.

Doesn't appear to be. This is an Infor IDO, SLItemLocs. When I check the buttons, the Check Out button is greyed out.
