Hi everyone - relatively new Lawson user here so forgive the newbie question. Our HR team realized that a group of employees was missing the Bargaining Unit value on their records. We'd like to add it to correct this data issue, and we are unclear on if it might trigger other things happening - for instance, what other values is Bargaining Unit tied to that we're not aware of - Process Level? Pay Code? etc.
Thank you for any advice on whether this is an innocuous change, or not!
