Hi Everyone!! We are currently going through an upgrade from 10.0.7 to 10.0.9 and are noticing some issues with GlobalHR. Curious if anyone else has these issues or experienced something similar and found the fix..
We have a custom field on our EmployeeAddress form for County. When we update address, the county disappears after clicking submit. It's just gone. We see it no where and cannot add it no matter how many times we change it.
We also have a field for the Former Last Name. When we do rehires who have changed their last name between times of employment, we enter their former last name in the field. We click submit, the action goes through the approval process, it appears on the action request form, but will not update on the At a Glance page. Regular name changes work without an issue.
