We have two administrators that are able to go to the Process Server Administrator, and then navigate to Administration/Work Units/ Work Unit History, select a work unit, and then the Metrics tab to see who approved an action if needed. Our HRIS Analysts also go into the Server Administrator to review work unit information, but do not have access to the data in the Metrics tab, but they can see the Metrics tab. What role would need to be granted to them?
