Lawson Fax Integrator with Win 10

We just upgraded a couple of PC's to Win10 with Fax Integrator 10.0.2.013. We have having an issue with Fax Integrator sending the documents to the Windows Fax program. It looks like is a Crystal Reports runtime program error. We have Crystal Reports runtime 13.0.5 installed but I think we need a higher version with Win10. Anyone else have the same issue and a fix for it?

Win 10 is not an operating system listed in Infor's support Doc (install doc page 12)

I've confirmed with support that it is supported with fax integrator 10.0.2.13.

Is the error mentioning a dll is missing? If so, you can google the error (I cannot locate my notes for this) and there is mention that a couple of the CR dll files will need to be coplied from the windowssystem32 folder to the windowssyswow64 folder.

Check out KB article 1210571 . That should resolve your problem with the No Fax Job I. I get it every time I have had to reinstall Fax Integrator.

Thanks JimY, already been down that road. rtf files are defaulting to Word2016.

One other thing, I believe we had to uninstall the 32bit version of the CRRuntime and download and install the 64 bit version of CRRuntime 13.0.5.

If you are still getting that error have you tried defaulting them to Wordpad or is that no longer available? That is what I associated them with although we are still using windows 7.

According to documentation, 32 and 64 bit both need to be installed. I do think is has to do with the dll files.
